Is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been privileged to work in the fields of community health and mental health for the last 18 years. She is a co-founder of Bridges to Well-Being, an organization that relies on building relationship and providing behavioral health care for those in need. Alicia moved to the valley 9 years ago and started working in behavioral health integration where she came alongside Laura Heesacker and the Oregon Pain Guidance. There they were able to develop innovative programs to address the impact of opioids within the community. Alicia is also co-founder of 360 Integrative Consulting where she and her colleague have supported health centers in opening and implementing new primary care sites that include integrative modalities. Alicia runs a small private practice where she specializes in use of EMDR for trauma support.
After seeing the increase of suffering amongst her community members over the last two years and a lack of mental health services, Alicia became Co-founder of Bridges to Well-Being. This has provided access to behavioral health support individually and in groups. Alicia has done extensive training, including completing the Trauma Resource Institute’s Community Resiliency Model ® Teacher Certification and the early intervention and group training EMDR modalities, to support the complex needs tof he Rogue Valley after Covid and the fires.n text goes here

Is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working with people in mental health, schools and social service settings for the past 20 years. After earning her Master’s degree in Counseling from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon in 2005, she has worked in community mental health, partial hospital treatment, school-based mental health programs and private practice. Amy transitioned into a Co-owner role at Bridges to Well-Being in 2024 in addition to maintaining her private practice with Bridges since it’s foundation.
Amy works with her clients using a strengths-based and collaborative approach. She helps clients identify their goals, explore core experiences contributing to current challenges and work to heal, grow and thrive. She has particular interest in the areas of self-compassion, body image, women’s issues and working with the LGBTQ community. Amy has experience with a variety of life concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, self-image, trauma, disordered eating and parenting concerns. She uses an eclectic approach in therapy including evidence-based treatment such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectial Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing.
Amy enjoys a limited private practice to ensure dedicated care to her clients, be able to serve as Co-owner of Bridges to Well-Being as well as maintain work/life balance. She has an office part-time in Medford and Ashland, and can provide virtual telementalhealth.
